Be honest here. How would you rate the romance in your marriage?
1- being the butterflies are dead with no signs of being revived to a 10- so hot for each other the neighbors are turning their hose on you guys.

LOL! Good thing Oliver doesn't follow your blog, hehe, but I'll give us a 5, but only because we exchange lots of mushy stuff when he's gone. When he's home, it isn't quite as happening, but it's not a 1 yet. Until Wyatt came, it was nearly a 10. We need to work harder at this.
ReplyDeleteThat depends on what you are referring to as romance. Actual romancing, like flowers, dinner, etc. maybe a 5 (that just isn't our style, really)...we are still a 10 in other areas though :) That is one of the reasons we don't allow kids in the bedroom!! LOL!!
ReplyDeleteWe're newlyweds... I'd say around an 8 or a 9, depending on MY mood :)
ReplyDeletewe're lucky if we're a 5...most times, it's a 2 or 3...oh well....
ReplyDeleteWe are schizophrenic romantics:
ReplyDelete5 years and we are all over the place. But for the most part. I'd put us at a 4-5 (sweet and loving but no hose is needed).
I'd say we're about a 7 or 8 most of the time. Although, as this deployment progresses I think the romance meter will go down and the horn-dog meter will hit an 11.
ReplyDeletedepends on the day for us. most days don't require a hose. but my heart gets all racy like when we remembers to take out the trash.
ReplyDeletedoes that count?
We're not big on flowers or dinners out,or what others might consider romantic, but he does pick a flower now and then and bring it to me. Sometimes a rose, sometimes a daisy, sometimes a dandelion.
ReplyDeleteIt's all the same to me, I still get butterflies when I see his car in the driveway.
After 13 years of marriage, I guess we would be right around an 8.
